Ricky Orbit, is a song writing project Marcel started some years ago with friend and musical
compatriot, bass player, Denis Gibbins. Both Denis and Marcel went on a wild ride with 70’s New
Zealand band, Mother Goose.

Based in Australia, Mother Goose signed to Mushroom Records and recorded three albums, countless singles and videos and toured all over, as well as the US, Canada and New Zealand. You’ll find Mother Goose band videos on YouTube. Denis and Marcel remain connected, both as a musical rhythm section,
Ricky Orbit songwriters and best friends.

From time to time, they collaborate with other artists such singer and writer, Jack Parker from Melbourne and singer, writer, producer, guitarist, David Harrison from Dunedin. You’ll find Ricky Orbit on iTunes and Spotify. Currently, Marcel and Denis are demoing new Ricky Orbit music for future releases.
