The Oxo Cubans and The Breeze radio network, are delighted to announce our third ‘Burning Up the Blues’ show featuring NZ blues legend, MIDGE MARSDEN along with master guitarist, CHET O’CONNELL. These two great musicians, skilled artists in their own right, have wowed Dunedin audiences in the past and are looking to ‘rock the Mayfair ‘one more time! Well known and well-loved Dunedin singing sensation, the wonderful, JULES KESHA ,will also be joining us onstage.

Marcel is performing with Dunedin singer-song writer, Aart Smith at the soft opening of Dunedin’s newest music venue, Erricks. With a new album in the final stages, Aart Smith has a full band playing his songs from the upcoming album. The band is on at approx 8pm. For a varied set of excellent original music don’t miss Aart’s show at Erricks!

The ‘Mercury Rising’ show features the brilliant, Steve Larkins, and his tribute to Freddie Mercury. This tribute though is not like most. Steve brings his own sense of style, charm and humour, not to mention his exceptional voice and piano skills, to the show. After a great NYE 2022 show at the Caroline Bay Carnival, the band is bringing the show to our favourite Timaru venue, The Sail & Anchor.
